Freshers Wristband - Terms & Conditions

Before claiming your Freshers Wristband (“Product”), please ensure you have read and understood

the terms and conditions (“Terms”) below.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing a Product from us, you agree to be bound by the following

Terms, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers,

vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Eligibility & Entry: All purchasers of our Product must be a student at the time of collection. Valid

Student ID will be required to be shown on collection of your Wristband.

 Wristbands include entry to all Thisisfreshers core events at all REKOM partnering venues

from 17 th September 2023 to 1 st July 2024, excluding New Years Eve, Halloween or any extra

sessions that are not part of our Thisisfreshers campaign. (“Event(s)”).

 Wristbands do not guarantee entry into an event.

Wristbands are only valid before 11:30pm, excluding Unit 1 Exeter which is valid before 11:00pm.

 All wristband holders will be granted entry subject to capacity at the time.

 All attendees to evening events must be 18 or over unless otherwise stated and provide

valid ID.

 Wristbands MUST be worn in order for entry to be granted.

 All guests are subject to our policies and procedures.

 We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone at any time.

Prices: All listed prices are retail prices inclusive of value added tax.

Cancellation and Returns: We may cancel a Product at any time where we believe the customer

intends to use our Products illegally.

Where the customer fails to meet any of the Eligibility & Entry requirements set out in the section

above, we may cancel a Product and reserve the right to retain any payment made by the customer.

Data Collection: Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual

from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been

removed (anonymous data). The website will collect personal data from users, including but not

limited to name, email address, and academic information.

By using this website, users consent to the collection and use of their personal data in accordance

with these terms and conditions.

The data collected from users will be used to personalise the user experience, provide relevant

resources and information, and to send marketing materials.
